Healthy Cooking can be quick and delicious! Join Stephens Memorial Hospital and Chef Margaret Hathaway from Ten Apple Farm and author of five books (two cookbooks) for this two hour class where you will make and share a balanced dinner of Pasta with Spring Vegetables, Grated Vegetable Salad with Maple Lemon Vinaigrette, and Berry Fool Dessert. Every family can enjoy this meal! Participants will learn new kitchen tips and tricks, and will leave with recipes and a sample-shopping list.
