Low Impact Aerobics and Functional Training Join SMH and Kristin Linindoll, Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation RN at SMH for this fun, energetic, introductory, 6-week, one-hour class designed specifically for YOU. All ages. All fitness levels. The class curriculum incorporates approximately 30 minutes of easy-to-follow low-impact cardio style aerobics followed by approximately 20-25 minutes of conditioning moves and functional training moves to strengthen and tone your whole body and core. Oxford Hills native, Kristin Linindoll, has been a group exercise instructor for approximately 25 years having taught at Hillside Racquetball and Health Club in South Paris, Hilltop Sports Center in Lewiston, Personal Best Health Club in South Paris, as well as classes at Stephens Memorial Hospital for employees and at Oxford Hills High School for teen athletes.
