Join SMH and Professor Puzzle, where we will challenge ourselves with a puzzle in a night! You can sign up for one or both dates that are being offered.
American Heart Association Heartsaver® CPR AED
with Ben McKenney, EMT/Advanced
Heartsaver® CPR AED is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Please note: if you are in the health field, this course does not meet the necessary requirements.

Spring Kayaking Adventure - North Pond, Norway

Exploring nature in a kayak is a healthy and fun way to enjoy the outdoors. Join Stephens Memorial Hospital and Western Foothills Land Trust, as we paddle around North Pond, which offers pleasant views and the possibility of catching a glimpse of wildlife.
Please note: Participants must provide their own kayak. Make sure to bring a snack, water, and sun block and proper footwear.

Join Stephens Memorial Hospital every Tuesday and Thursday and beat the winter blues with our indoor walking program. In this program, you will enjoy the benefits of walking and staying active during the cold winter months. This class is for all walking levels. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water and join us for the Health of It!
